The following information is intended to define the general terms and conditions of sale established between OMNIA and the user, from the moment an order is placed on OMNIA’s online store at www.omnia.pt
 to the various services provided by OMNIA.

 

Orders

After placing your order, please ensure that you receive a confirmation email in the inbox of the email address used during checkout. Throughout the process, you will receive additional email notifications.

Orders are processed only after payment has been completed. Under no circumstances is it necessary to send proof of payment.

 

Gift Option

When placing your order, you may select the gift option, which may carry an additional cost. This consists of a coloured rigid cardboard box. In this option, the product price is removed from the receipt.

Regardless of choosing this option, you may request a receipt without prices at no extra cost.

At checkout, you may also select a different delivery address from the billing address.

Delivery Times

We operate on all business days according to the Portuguese calendar.

The delivery time for most orders is 3 business days. However, it depends on current stock availability and the complexity of the request. For items out of stock, personalised pieces, Family Collection items, Typo Collection pieces, fabric or coloured polyester bracelets, some stone-set pieces, or certain ring models (available in multiple sizes), the delivery time is up to 30 business days.

Delivery may take slightly longer during holiday periods.

 

Payment Methods

You may choose one of the following payment methods:

PayPal: you will be redirected to the PayPal website and should follow the instructions until completion of payment.

Multibanco Reference: payment details are generated and may be used at an ATM or via Homebanking. The generated reference is valid for 3 days.

Hipay: you will be redirected to the Hipay website, where you may choose to pay by credit card, Payshop or Multibanco Reference.

MBWay: to use this method, you must have previously activated the service. The MBWay reference generated is valid for approximately 15 minutes.

Delivery

During the purchase process on www.omnia.pt
, you will be asked to provide billing and delivery addresses. For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.

It is important that all details are completed accurately to ensure successful delivery.

Orders are shipped from Porto, according to the selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details.

For all shipping methods, if a delivery attempt fails due to customer responsibility and the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.

 

Shipping Methods

– CTT

Estimated delivery time is 24 business hours after dispatch. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address, a notice will be left for collection at the nearest CTT station within the indicated timeframe. It is also possible to collect the parcel at the CTT station without the notice, using the tracking number and valid identification.

– DPD Home Delivery

Includes the Predict service, which allows you to know the delivery day and time and gives you the option to reschedule or select a Pickup point as a new delivery location. You may do this here. Delivery time is 24 business hours after dispatch.

– DPD Pickup

Your order will be delivered to a DPD Pickup point of your choice. You will receive an SMS or email once it is ready for collection. Many Pickup points are open 7 days a week with extended hours. Check the Pickup network here. The parcel will remain available for 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be added to the total order amount at checkout, as they depend on parcel weight and destination. Before finalising the order, you may obtain a cost estimate.

Shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged in the destination country upon arrival.

Occasionally, free shipping campaigns may apply and will be clearly indicated on the website.

 

Exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.

You must send an email to info@omnia.pt
 to receive instructions.

Personalised items, Family Collection pieces, Typo Collection pieces, and the gift box cannot be exchanged.

In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision using this form.

Returns are not accepted for personalised items, Family Collection pieces, Typo Collection pieces, the gift box, or any shipping costs.

In the case of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Warranty

Under legal terms, OMNIA pieces are covered by a 3-year warranty.

The warranty excludes defects resulting from improper or abusive use, normal wear, and the following situations: loss, deterioration, oxidation, inadequate storage or cleaning, incorrect handling, negligence, and accidents.

Signs of wear resulting from normal daily use and ageing will be considered normal. Pieces altered by an unauthorised workshop lose warranty coverage.

For warranty purposes, you must provide the invoice number or other valid proof of purchase.

Upon receipt, items must be inspected carefully. Any non-conformities must be reported to OMNIA immediately.

OMNIA provides after-sales service for all pieces, except for certain cases such as the steel ring collection and fabric pieces.

In the case of repairs requiring shipping, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 

Jewellery Care

Jewellery pieces are inherently delicate, especially silver items. We recommend the following care:

– Avoid contact with abrasive products, hygiene products, detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.
– Store pieces carefully to avoid friction. Pay special attention to chains to prevent tangling.
– Avoid practising sports while wearing jewellery. Sweat and chlorine may affect durability, especially gold-plated items.
– Occasionally clean pieces with a soft, dry cloth.

 

Quality

OMNIA pieces are mainly crafted through manual processes using quality raw materials and undergo strict quality control.

Their manufacture uses 925 silver or 19-karat gold, and the jewellery bears the respective assay mark. More information here.

OMNIA may occasionally launch collections in non-precious metals, such as steel. Material information is available on product pages.

 

Privacy Policy

Any data you provide will never be shared with third parties.

We use technologies to collect and store information when the user visits our website, which may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers. The sole purpose is to make your visits simpler.

Information

OMNIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error or omission on any part of the website without prior notice. OMNIA may make changes to the website, materials, products, or services at any time without prior notice.

OMNIA product prices will always be stated on our website, except for typographical error.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact the customer and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund. If the customer opts for a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method as the order.
