The following information aims to define the general terms and conditions of sale established between OMNIA and the user, from the moment the order is placed in the OMNIA online store at www.omnia.pt to the various services provided by OMNIA.

ORDERS

After placing your order, please ensure you receive a confirmation email in the inbox you used to place the order. Throughout the process, you will receive other email notifications. Orders are processed after payment is received. Under no circumstances is it necessary to send proof of payment.

PRESENT OPTION

When placing your order, you can choose the gift option, which may have an associated cost. This involves a colorful, rigid cardboard box. With this option, the product price is removed from the receipt. Regardless of whether you choose this option, you can opt to receive a receipt without a price, at no additional cost. At checkout, you can also choose a shipping address different from your billing address. For further clarification regarding gift shipping, please contact us.

DEADLINES

We work every weekday according to the Portuguese calendar. The delivery time for most orders is 3 business days. However, this depends on the current stock availability of the items and the complexity of the orders, such as personalized pieces. For some items, namely personalized pieces, some pieces with gemstone settings, or certain ring models (which come in various sizes), the delivery time can be up to 25 business days. For more information on delivery times, please contact us. Delivery times may be slightly longer during holiday periods.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose one of the following payment methods: PayPal: you will be redirected to the PayPal website and must follow the instructions provided until the payment is completed. Multibanco Reference: payment details are generated, which can be made at an ATM or through Homebanking. The generated MB reference is valid for 3 days. Hipay: you will be redirected to the Hipay website, where you can choose to pay via credit card, Payshop or Multibanco Reference. MBWay: to use this method you must register for the service. The generated MBWay reference is valid for approximately 15 minutes. More information here

DELIVERY

During the purchase process at www.omnia.pt, you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses. For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes. It is important that the information is filled in completely and correctly to ensure successful delivery. Orders are shipped from Porto, according to the chosen shipping method. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. In all shipping methods, and in the case of unsuccessful delivery due to customer responsibility and return to sender, the customer will be fully responsible for the new shipping costs.

SHIPPING METHODS

– CTT

The estimated delivery time is 24 business hours after shipment. If there is no one to receive the package at the shipping address, a document will be left for you to collect the package at the nearest post office within the indicated timeframe. It is also possible to collect the package at the post office without the receipt, but with the tracking number provided and the corresponding identification document.

DPD Home Delivery

Includes the Predict service which lets you always know the day and time of your order's delivery, giving you the option to change the date or even choose one of the Pickup points as a new delivery location. You can do it here. The delivery time is 24 business hours after shipment.

DPD Pickup

Your order will be delivered to one of the DPD Pickup points of your choice. You will receive an SMS or email when it is available for pickup. Many Pickup points are open 7 days a week and with extended hours. Check the Pickup network here. The order will be available at the Pickup point for 10 business days. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be added to the total order cost once you finalize your order, as they depend on the weight of the order and the shipping destination. Before finalizing your order, you can obtain an estimate of the shipping costs. Shipping costs do not include any customs duties that may be charged in the destination country upon arrival of the order. Occasionally, there may be free shipping campaigns, duly indicated on the website.

EXCHANGES

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exchange it. You must send an email to info@omnia.pt to receive all the instructions. It is not possible to exchange personalized items or the gift box. In the case of an exchange, the customer will bear all the costs related to shipping expenses.

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw using this form. Returns are not possible for personalized items, the gift box, and any shipping costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer will bear the full cost of returning the items.

GUARANTEE

Under legal terms, OMNIA pieces have a 3-year warranty. The warranty excludes defects resulting from improper or abusive use, normal wear and tear, as well as the following situations: loss, deterioration, oxidation, inadequate storage and cleaning, improper handling, negligence, and accidents. Signs of use, resulting from daily activity and the passage of time, will be considered normal by the brand. Pieces that have been serviced in an unauthorized workshop lose their warranty coverage. For warranty purposes, the invoice number or other valid proof of purchase must be provided. Upon receipt of the pieces, they must be carefully inspected. In case of any non-conformities, these must be reported to OMNIA immediately. OMNIA provides assistance for all its pieces, with certain exceptions, such as: the Anna Westerlund limited edition; the steel ring collection; and parts with fabric. For cases not covered by the warranty, the current price list should be consulted via email at info@omnia.pt. In the case of sending parts for repair, the Customer will bear all the costs related to shipping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GARMENTS

Jewelry pieces are inherently delicate, so we advise the following care, especially with silver pieces:

Avoid contact with abrasive products, hygiene products, detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

– Pack the pieces carefully to avoid friction. Pay special attention to the wires/necklaces to prevent them from getting tangled.

– Avoid playing sports while wearing the jewelry. Sweat and chlorine can compromise the durability of the pieces, especially those with a gold plating.

Occasionally clean the parts with a soft, dry cloth.

QUALITY

OMNIA pieces are primarily crafted using manual processes, high-quality raw materials, and undergo rigorous quality control. They are made from 925 sterling silver or 19-karat gold, and therefore bear the respective hallmark. More information here. OMNIA may occasionally launch collections in non-precious metals, such as steel. Information about the materials is available with the products.

Any data you provide to us will never be shared with third parties. We use technologies to collect and store information when a user visits our website, which may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers. The intention is solely to make your visits to our website simpler.

INFORMATION

OMNIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. OMNIA may make any other changes to the site, materials, products, or services described on the OMNIA website at any time without prior notice. The price of OMNIA products will always be stipulated on our website, except in the case of typographical errors. In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, offering them the option of confirming the order at the correct price or canceling it with a full refund. If the customer wishes to receive a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
