Terms and Conditions
The following information is intended to define the general conditions of sale established between OMNIA and the user, from the time of ordering in the OMNIA online store at www.omnia.pt to the various services provided by OMNIA.
Orders
After placing your order, make sure you receive a confirmation message in your e-mail address. During the process, you will receive other notifications via e-mail.
Orders are processed after payment is made. It’s not necessary to send proof of payment.
Gift Options
When placing your order, you can opt for the gift option which may have an associated cost. It consists of a coloured hardboard box. In this case, the price is removed.
Regardless of choosing this option, you can choose to receive a price-free receipt, free of charge.
When ordering, you can also choose a shipping address other than the billing address. For more information about gift options, please contact us.
Deadlines
We work every working day of the Portuguese calendar.
Delivery time for most orders is 3 working days. However, it depends on the current availability of the items and the complexity of the orders, such as personalized pieces. Personalized pieces, some pieces with stones set or certain models of rings (which have different sizes): the average term will be around 15 working days. For more information, please contact us.
Delivery times can be a little longer during festive periods.
Payments
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Paypal: you will be redirected to the Paypal website, following the instructions provided until payment is completed.
ATM Reference: you can have access to all payment details and the payment can be made through an ATM or through your home banking service.
Hipay: you will be redirected to the Hipay website, where you can choose to pay via Credit Card, Payshop or ATM Reference.
MBWay: in order to use this method, you must subscribe to the service. The generated MBWay reference has a validity of about 15 minutes.

Delivery
During the purchase process at www.omnia.pt you will be asked for your billing and delivery addresses. For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
It is important that the data is completely and correctly filled in, to ensure a successful delivery.
Orders are shipped from Oporto, according to the chosen shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information.
In all shipping modalities, and in case of unsuccessful delivery and return to the sender, OMNIA will send a new shipment. If delivery is not achieved by the customer’s responsibility, the customer will assume the new costs.
SHIPPING METHODS
– CTT
The estimated delivery time is 24 working hours after shipment. If there is no one to receive the order at the shipping address, a document will be left to pick up the order at the nearest CTT Station, within the indicated period. It is also possible to pick up the order at the CTT Station without the receipt, but with the monitoring number sent and the corresponding identification document.
– DPD Home Delivery
It includes the Predict service that allows you to know the date and time of delivery of your order, giving you the possibility to change the date or even choose one of the Pickup points as a new delivery location. You can do it here. Delivery time is 24 working hours after shipment.
– DPD Pickup
Your order will be delivered on the selected DPD Pickup points. Consult the Pickup network here. You will receive an SMS or email when available for pickup. Many Pickup points are open 7 days a week for extended hours. The order will be available at the Pickup point for 10 working days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be added to the total cost once you finalize your order, as they depend on packet weight and the shipping destination. Before finalizing your order, you can get an estimate of shipping costs.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged in the destination country when the order arrives.
Occasionally, there may be free shipping campaigns, properly marked on the website.
Exchanges
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exchange.
You should e-mail [email protected] to receive all necessary information.
It is not possible to exchange personalized items, nor the gift box.
Right of Free Cancellation
The period for exercising the right of free cancellation of your order expires 14 days from the delivery date.
In order to exercise your right of free cancellation, you must notify us of your decision, filling this form.
It is not possible to return personalized items, Gift Box and any shipping costs.
Warranty
Under legal terms, OMNIA products have a 3 years warranty.
Defects resulting from improper or abusive use, normal wear of parts, as well as the following situations, are excluded from the warranty: loss, deterioration, oxidation, inadequate maintenance and cleaning, improper handling, negligence and accidents.
The marks of use, result of daily activity and the passage of time, will be considered normal by the brand. All jewellery pieces intervented by an unauthorized agent will forfeit the warranty.
For warranty purposes, the invoice number or other proof of purchase must be indicated.
Upon the reception of the products, they must be carefully analysed. In case of any non-conformities, these must be communicated to OMNIA immediately.
OMNIA provides support for all its products, with certain exceptions, such as the limited-edition Anna Westerlund, the steel ring collection and fabric pieces.
For cases not covered by the warranty, the current price list must be consulted via e-mail at [email protected].
Care
Jewelery pieces are intrinsically delicate, so we advise you to take the following precautions, especially with silver pieces:
– Avoid contact with abrasive products, hygiene products, detergents, cosmetics and perfumes.
– Pack the parts carefully to avoid friction. Pay special attention to the wires/necklaces so they don’t get tangled.
– Avoid practicing sports with the garments. Perspiration and chlorine can compromise the pieces durability, especially regarding to gold-plated pieces.
– Occasionally, pieces can be cleaned with a soft and dry cloth.
Quality
OMNIA pieces are mainly made through manual processes, with quality raw materials and are subject to an exhaustive quality control.
In its manufacture, 925 silver or 19-karat gold is used. All jewels have the respective assay mark. More information here.
OMNIA can occasionally launch collections in non-precious metals, such as steel, for example. The material information is available with the products.

Any data you provide us will never be shared with third parties.
We use technologies to collect and store information when you visit our website, which may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers. The intention is just to make your visits to our website simpler.

OMNIA reserves the right, on its own initiative, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice.
OMNIA can make any other changes to the website, materials and products or services described on the OMNIA website at any time without prior notice.
The price of OMNIA products will always be stipulated on our website, except for typographical errors.
In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, offering the option of confirming the order with the correct price or cancelling it with a proper refund. If the customer opts by the refund, it will be made using the same payment method as the order.
