Buying on OMNIA’s online store is very simple.

Browse through the products and add your options to the cart.

When you’re done, chose the option “Process order” or click the icon on the upper right corner, access your cart to be able to proceed to the checkout.

Check the options you want and check the items and quantities. If everything is okay then click “Checkout”.

Then follow the remaining steps: check the shipping address, choose the payment method and the shipping method, and the last phase click on “Order”.

The order will be processed after payment. It is not necessary to send us the proof of payment, however after executing the payment, please confirm that you receive an e-mail confirmation of the payment.

On OMNIA’s website, you can buy by registering or not. Although, registration has advantages such as finalizing orders faster, having multiple delivery addresses, accessing your order history and other privileged information.

In all cases, please fill in your data carefully to avoid mistakes.

The phone number is essential for shipments made by certain transport companies. We don’t use the number for other purposes.

In the OMNIA online store you can pay for your orders using one of the following methods of payment:

  • Multibanco Reference;
  • Paypal;
  • And through the payment platform Hipay, Payshop and VISA and MasterCard Credit Card.


After executing your payment, you should receive a confirmation of your payment in your e-mail.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland.

– Shipping costs will be added to the total cost once you finalize your order, as they depend on packet weight and the shipping destination. Before finalizing your order, you can get an estimate of shipping costs.

– Shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged in the destination country when the order arrives.

– Occasionally, there may be free shipping campaigns, properly marked on the website.

– Delivery time for most orders is 3 working days. However, it depends on the current availability of the items and the complexity of the orders, such as personalized pieces. Personalized pieces, some pieces with stones set or certain models of rings (which have different sizes): the average term will be around 15 working days.

– In festive periods, the deadlines may be slightly longer.

– When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with information to track the shipment.

– We recommend that you fill in your details carefully to avoid errors, delays or returns in the dispatch of your order.

You have 14 days to request the exchange of a piece. For this purpose, you must contact us by e-mail at [email protected] and you will receive the orientations to proceed. For this and other matters, always keep your receipt. You can’t exchange or return custom pieces.

OMNIA pieces have the 3-year warranty provided by law. In any case, it is always possible to do the piece’s maintenance. Interventions, which are not covered by the warranty, may have operating costs.

The baths of the OMNIA pieces are of high quality. However, due to their characteristics, these pieces can naturally lose their original tonality. That depends a lot on the care of the pieces. In any case, it is always possible to do the piece’s maintenance which in situations not included in the warranty, may have operating costs.

Yes, you can buy wherever you prefer. 

We recommend retail prices to our stores, however promocional campaigns in some sales channels may apply.

No, OMNIA doesn’t produce for other brands. In addition to the OMNIA’s online store, there are authorized retail outlets that sell our collections.
