Buying on OMNIA’s online store is very simple.

Browse through the products and add your options to the cart.

When you’re done, chose the option “Process order” or click the icon on the upper right corner, access your cart to be able to proceed to the checkout.

Check the options you want and check the items and quantities. If everything is okay then click “Checkout”.

Then follow the remaining steps: check the shipping address, choose the payment method and the shipping method, and the last phase click on “Order”.

The order will be processed after payment. It is not necessary to send us the proof of payment, however after executing the payment, please confirm that you receive an email confirmation of the payment.

On OMNIA’s website, you can buy by registering or not. Although, registration has advantages such as finalizing orders faster, having multiple delivery addresses, accessing your order history and other privileged information.

In all cases, please fill in your data carefully to avoid mistakes.

The phone number is essential for shipments made by certain transport companies. We don’t use the number for other purposes.

In the OMNIA online store you can pay for your orders using one of the following methods of payment:

  • Multibanco Reference;
  • Paypal;
  • And through the payment platform Hipay, Payshop and VISA and MasterCard Credit Card.


After executing your payment, you should receive a confirmation of your payment in your email.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Russia, Sweden and Switzerland.
For continental Portugal and the islands, we have different shipping methods, with costs between 0 and 4 €. For other countries, shipping costs vary between € 9 and € 20. These values may change, so you can always check the value when you are purchasing. There may occasionally be free shipping campaigns, which will be visible on the website.

Our delivery time varies from 3 to 10 business days, at the most, however it depends on the momentary availability of the products. In the case of some items such as custom pieces, some pieces with stonesetting or certain ring models – that have various sizes – the average time will be around 10 business days.

During festive periods, with a higher volume of orders and contacts, the deadlines may be slightly longer.

At the moment of the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with information to accompany the shipment.

Please fill in your details carefully to avoid mistakes, delays or returns in the shipping of your order.

You have 14 days to request the exchange of a piece. To do this, you must contact us by email at [email protected] and you will receive the respective indications. For this and other matters, always keep your invoice or the receipt without the price. You can’t exchange or return custom pieces.
OMNIA pieces have the 2-year warranty provided by law. In any case, it is always possible to do the piece’s maintenance. Interventions, which are not covered by the warranty, may have operating costs.
The baths of the OMNIA pieces are of high quality. However, due to their characteristics, these pieces can naturally lose their original tonality. That depends a lot on the care of the pieces. In any case, it is always possible to do the piece’s maintenance which in situations not included in the warranty, may have operating costs.

OMNIA is a Portuguese brand and all parts are produced in Portugal.

Yes, you can buy where you prefer. We recommend that our points of sale practice our PVPs, which usually happens. Occasionally, there may be exclusive promotional campaigns on one or another sales channel.

No, OMNIA doesn’t produce for other brands. In addition to the OMNIA’s online store, there are authorized retail outlets that sell our collections.
